Broccoli Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw broccoli
  • 1/2 cup raw zucchini
  • 400 g chickpeas, boiled
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe

Take broccoli and zucchini in a blender jar and blend till smooth.

Toss in the rest of the ingredients and blend well.

Adjust the consistency with water.

Beetroot Dip

Ingredients

  • 400 g beetroot, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 175 g Yogurt

Recipe

Take all the ingredients in a food processor.

Blend till you get a smooth paste.

Basil Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan
  • 40 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Recipe

Place all the ingredients in a blender jar.

Blend till you get a smooth paste with no lumps.

Avocado Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 ripe avocados, peeled and seeded
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped seeded jalapeño pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Recipe

Take all the ingredients in a food processor.

Blend well to get a smooth and creamy dip.

Onion Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 brown onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup fresh ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe

Heat oil in a pan and saute onion in it till they get sticky.

Add in the maple syrup and caramalize for 5 minutes.

Take the caramelized onions in a bowl and add in ricotta and parmesan.

Mix properly.
