Orange

Oranges are a well known citric fruit filled vitamin c supply. Oranges seeds and its membrane has to be removed before giving oranges to babies. Broccoli

PS: Too much of vitamin C might result in gurgly tummy in babies and cause loose motion. So, care has to be taken to give the right amount that is just needed.
