Homemade McDonald’s Food Recipes For Kids

McDonald’s is the world’s largest chain of hamburger fast food restaurants. Around the corner and around the globe, McDonald’s is a vibrant part of our communities. And kids today, they are crazy about Mc Donald’s!

So today, I shall be sharing recipes of two of the best McDonald burger recipes. Your kids are going to love them!

Chicken Maharaja Mac

Ingredients: Ground Chicken, Eggs, Ginger, Garlic, Worcester Sauce, Clove, Cinnamon, Sesame Bun, Tomato, Onion, Lettuce, Capsicum, Mayonnaise / Thousand Island Dressing, Vegetable Oil, Goat Cheese Slice, Salt.

Method of Preparation:

  • Grind chicken breasts together with Ginger and Garlic in a food processor. Grind it for short intervals. Make sure that the meat remains grainy. 250grams of Chicken breast should be enough to make 4 patties.
  • Dry roast 4 cloves and a cinnamon stick and grind them too.
  • Take the ground chicken in a mixing bowl, add two whole eggs, a tea spoon of Worcester Sauce, a teaspoon of Vegetable Oil, salt to taste, and mix well.
  • Heat a skillet on medium flame, sprinkle vegetable oil.
  • Take a handful of the Chicken mixture, and shape it like a patty, round or any other shape, that’s up to you.
  • Fry the Patty. Make sure you do not turn it frequently, doing so reduces the juiciness of the burger.
  • Slice the Sesame bun from the side into three equal layers.
  • Take the bottom layer, spread a table spoon of Mayo/ Thousand Island dressing on top, place sliced Lettuce leaves and sliced capsicum, the goat cheese slice and place the patty on top, dab half a spoon of Mayo, then place the middle layer of the bun, dab half a spoon of Mayo and place another patty. Take the top layer of the bun, spread a spoonful of Mayo, sliced onion and tomato on the inside and place it on the rest.
  • Put a tall toothpick through the center. Voila..your Triple Decker MacD burger is ready.

Mac Fillet-o-Fish

Ingredients: Barra Fish Fillets/ Slices, Eggs, Ginger powder, Onion Powder, Salt, Oyster Sauce, Sesame Bun, Onion, Lettuce, Sour Cream, Goat Cheese, Vegetable Oil, Bread Crumb.

Method of Preparation:

  • Take the fish slices in a dish and sprinkle onion and ginger powder and salt on top. After two minutes, turn the over and repeat.
  • Break two eggs in a bowl and add a spoon of Oyster sauce. Beat it well.
  • Take a fish slice, dip it in the egg mixture, the coat it with the bread crumb. Let it rest for a minute
  • Heat a pan on medium flame, pour vegetable oil.
  • Fry the slices till they turn brown.
  • Slice the Sesame bun from the side into two equal layers.
  • Take the bottom layer, spread a table spoon of sour cream on top, place sliced Lettuce leaves, place the fried fish on top, dab half a spoon of cream cheese on top, then place some more lettuce leaves, add a Goat Cheese slice. Take the top layer of the bun, spread a little bit of sour cream on the inside, add a couple of onion slices and place it on the rest.
  • Put a tall toothpick through the center. Enjoy.
