Fears And Concerns That Trouble New Mothers

New moms worry.A They can’t help worrying.AATheAbaby is so tiny and helpless and everyday brings a new challenge.A There is so much to do and so much to learn.AARemember, share your worries and burdens with other fluoxetine online moms as it will help you get over your fears.A Talking about thingsAmakes them seem less frightening.

Below are some of the most common fears, and some ways to ease your mind:

concerns of a new mom

  • Losing the baby and abduction

Losing your child and abduction is a terrible thing.A Minimize the risk byAnever leaving the baby unattended in your house.A Do not give your child to anyone without fullAidentification.A Never leave your child aloneAin the car and always be wary of strangers wanting to hold or ask questions about your baby.

  • High fevers

Fever is the 5 letter word we all dread.AIt is incredibly scary andAI don’t know why itAoften happens at night when your fears tend to run wild. Call your doctor because young babies tend to get sick very quickly.ACool your baby down by keeping her room at a comfortableAtemperature, dressing her in light, loose cotton clothes and/or giving her a cool bath.AATry to stay calm a more than likely the fever will subside before the end of the night.A You will give your spouse unwanted tension as well.

From the moment you conceive you develope a protective instinct about your little one.A You know best andAhanding the child over to any one is always difficult.A One way to ease this burden is to observe theAperson and watch how he or she interacts with the baby. Donat leave until you are sure that you feel comfortable with that person.

  • Is my baby hungry or am I am I force feeding?

If only babies could talk and tell us when they are hungry and when they are full.A It is too common a worry with moms.A Do not worry about overfeeding (if your baby is not hungry, she wonat nurse) as underfeeding.APushing the bottle away is one of the first ways of telling you that the childAhasAhad enough.A If your child still seems hungry after nursingA and if sheas/he’s not gaining enough weight then you can worry.

  • Under developed child

Do not compare your child to the child of your friend.A Both will have differentAdevelopmental milestones.AA Each child is unique and God has a special schedule for each one at the right time.A Be patient and appreciate each day that the child is happy and in good health.AAKeep encouraging your child and he will do what he needs to do at the right time and place.

  • WhatAif IAam not a good mom?

Lets face it every woman has a unique life.A Some had happy childhoods and some traumatic.A We often say to ourselves “A I will not do what my mother did”.A We do fear being bad moms but you know there is nothing such as a perfect mom.A Just tryAyou best and be there for your child when he/she needs you.AAAs long as they reach out for you at the end of the day… know they love you and you are the best!

  1. M always worried bout the last baby’s weight is on d lower side n I keep worrying if m not feeding her well..then I remember my bro and myself n worry about over feeding her and making her obese…it’s so funny how the things I vowed ever to worry about a few years back suddenly are the only things on my mind…

  2. My biggest fear is leaving my child in someone else care…Even if she is in the next room with my maid my mind is not at peace…I don’t know when will i come out of this but i don’t trust anyone with my daughter.

  3. You will manage it all…when every body can even u can do it 🙂
